At OneCare Health, we make it easy to request and renew your prescriptions. If you are an enrolled patient, you can order repeat prescriptions through the MyIndici patient portal, or by phone, provided your doctor has approved this.

All prescription requests are reviewed by our team, and we’ll let you know if a check-up is needed before issuing your prescription. All conditions which require long-term medication require regular review to make sure the treatment remains appropriate and safe.

Repeat prescriptions are normally ready for collection the next day. If you have an urgent need for a "same day" prescription, additional charges apply.

Please let our team know if you would like your prescription faxed directly to your chemist. Please note that additional charges may apply.
