Staff changes

As many of you may be aware, Dr. Roimata has recently finished up here at OneCare Health. Although we are sad to see her go, we are so grateful to Dr. Roimata and the care that she has provided to so many of our patients.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Kim Davies, who will be joining the OneCare Health team on 20 August 2025. We will be further expanding the healthcare team, with more information to come in the next few months.

Patients who normally see Dr. Roimata can continue to book in as normal, and see Dr. Finau as available. For a CareHQ virtual appointment, please contact reception on 09 550 2146 and we can book you in.

In-clinic wellbeing suport

Spotlighting our amazing in-clinic wellbeing staff, Laie and Puluafi!

As our Health Improvement Practitioner, Laie is well-equipped to support patients in all areas related to mental health, addiction, managing long-term conditions, and general wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting those who struggle with their health conditions to improve their lives.

Puluafi has recently joined the OneCare team as a Health Coach. She follows a holistic approach under the Te Whare Tapa Wha model, to work alongside patients in achieving their health goals with an action plan.

Booking in with Laie or Puluafi is free of charge for enrolled patients of OneCare Health. Appointments can be in-person, or over the phone. To book an appointment, please contact our reception team on 09 550 2146.

Updated fees

We wanted to let you know of some recent changes at OneCare Health regarding the fees for different services. With the rising costs of goods and services, we have had to review our fees to ensure we can continue to offer the best health and wellbeing services to you, our patients and community.

From Friday 1 August 2025, the following fees for standard appointments will apply:

• 14-17 year old (CSC and non-CSC) - now $13.50

• 18+ years - now $30.50

• 18+ years (CSC) - now $20.00.
